Nick Fusco is a civil trial lawyer who handles a wide variety of cases involving complex business matters, agriculture and probate litigation to oilfield and construction contract negotiations throughout the State of Texas. Nick’s practice primarily involves being in the courtroom handling disputes for his clients. He is a passionate advocate for his clients while also providing objective results-oriented legal advice to resolve disputes. Nick was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University while also playing on the Texas A&M football team. Following his graduation from Texas A&M, Nick earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston. In law school, Nick served as the Associate Editor of the Currents International Trade Law Journal and was an active student member of The Randall O. Sorrels Legal Clinic which provides meaningful pro bono services for individuals and military veterans who need legal assistance.
After graduating law school, Nick worked in the oil and gas industry as a landman, in-house counsel, and title attorney in Midland, Texas. He later gained invaluable experience working at Abraham Watkins in Houston, Texas handling complex business litigation. Since joining our firm in 2017, Nick has broadened his practice to better serve his clients’ diverse needs to include all aspects of cases involving:
