Steve Rodgers has maintained a trial law practice with the firm of Rodgers, Miller & Rodriguez, PC for over 40 years. He is named in the “Bar Register of Preeminent Attorneys” as AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell® the highest possible for competency and ethics, and has maintained it for over three decades. He has also been recognized for over thirty (35) years as “Board Certified - Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization” handling cases both in courts and in administrative forums. In 2004, the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates invited Rodgers to serve as a Charter Member of the organization in the Brazos Valley. He has served locally as President and as the National Board representative.
Rodgers also serves as a faculty member at Texas A&M University. He is appointed to the School of Architecture - Department of Construction Science, delivering courses in construction law, ethics and risk management. His faculty work began in 2007. From 2014 to 2022 Rodgers lived each Spring in London, England working with his students as the International Study and Internship Coordinator. In 2019 he was awarded the “Distinguished Achievement Award-College Level” for teaching by the Texas A&M Association of Former Students.
